These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Savera Continental Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Wipeify mobile application and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By accessing the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA), you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, and you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Wipeify is a speaker cleaning and diagnostic application that generates real-time PCM audio signals (sine waves) to safely clean smartphone speakers. The App operates entirely on-device, requires no account, and stores no data externally. The Service is provided 'as is' and may be updated or modified at any time.
Disclaimer: Results may vary depending on the device model, speaker condition, and the nature of contamination. Wipeify is not responsible for any pre-existing speaker damage or damage resulting from misuse of the App.
Wipeify does not require account creation. All App functionality operates locally on your device. No personal data is transmitted to our servers. You may use the Service immediately upon installation without providing any personal information.
Subject to these Terms, Savera Continental Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the App; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to circumvent any technical limitations of the App.
All intellectual property rights in the Service — including the Wipeify name, logo, PCM engine, UI design, and all software — are owned by or licensed to Savera Continental Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, logos, or brand features without our express written consent.

Certain premium features of the Service may be available through in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law, or as required by Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policies.
All transactions are processed by Apple or Google on their respective platforms — not directly by Savera Continental Ltd. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

If you downloaded the App from Google Play, your use is subject to Google Play's Terms of Service and Developer Program Policies. Google Inc. is not a party to these Terms and bears no responsibility for the App or its content.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. As stated there, Wipeify collects no personal data and requires no account.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. SPEAKER CLEANING RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND MAY VARY BY DEVICE AND CONTAMINATION TYPE. THE APP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVICE REPAIR SERVICES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAVERA CONTINENTAL LTD. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING DEVICE DAMAGE, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Savera Continental Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
As Wipeify requires no account, there is no account to terminate. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Savera Continental Ltd.'s jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via an App update notification. Continued use of the Service following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Savera Continental Ltd. with respect to the Service.
