This Privacy Policy describes how Savera Continental Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), developer and operator of the Wipeify mobile application (the "App"), handles information when you use our App and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Wipeify requires no account and collects no personal data. The App runs entirely on your device. All settings, cleaning history, and diagnostic results are stored locally on your device only — we have no ability to access, view, or transmit any of it.
We designed Wipeify this way intentionally. Your speaker data is nobody's business but yours.

We may receive anonymous, aggregated crash reports (through the platform's standard crash reporting tools) solely to fix bugs. These reports contain no personal information.
Wipeify generates audio signals (sine waves) entirely within your device's hardware audio buffer using the PCM sound engine. No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted to external servers. The App does not require a microphone, camera, contacts, or location permissions to function.
If you opt in to push notifications (e.g., cleaning reminders), your notification preferences are stored locally on your device and processed by your operating system. We do not use notifications to collect data.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). The App contains no functionality designed to attract or collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the App inappropriately, please contact us.
The App may use Apple or Google platform services (App Store, Google Play, crash reporting) subject to their own privacy policies. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or data brokers.
Because we do not collect personal information, California residents have no data to request, correct, or delete from us. We do not sell personal information. Contact [email protected] with any questions.
Because we do not collect or process personal data, the GDPR obligations regarding data subject rights, legal bases for processing, and cross-border transfers do not apply to Wipeify's core functionality. Anonymous crash data processed by Apple/Google is subject to their GDPR compliance.
This Privacy Policy complies with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines, Apple's App Privacy requirements, and Apple's Standard EULA (apple.com/legal/…/minterms), and Google Play's Developer Program Policies. We adhere to Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) for cross-app tracking.
We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will revise the 'Last Updated' date above. For a no-account, on-device app like Wipeify, updates will typically reflect new platform requirements or minor clarifications. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
