This Privacy Policy describes how Savera Continental Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), developer and operator of the Dyna Apples mobile application (the "App"), handles information in connection with your use of the App and related services (the "Service").

Dyna Apples requires no account and collects no personal data. All timer settings, task lists, session history, streaks, and statistics are stored exclusively on your device. We have no ability to access, read, or transmit any of this information.
This is a deliberate design decision — your focus data is yours alone.
Because Dyna Apples operates without an account, we do not collect:
We may receive anonymous, aggregated crash diagnostics through standard platform tools (Apple Crash Reporter / Android Vitals) solely for bug-fixing purposes. These contain no personal information.
The App can play ambient audio (White Noise, Rain, Forest, or silence) using audio files bundled within the App. No audio is recorded or transmitted. Soundscape preferences are stored locally on your device.
If you enable notifications (e.g., session completion alerts), your preferences are stored on your device and processed by your operating system. We do not use notifications to collect personal data.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us.
The App may use Apple or Google platform services (App Store, Google Play, crash reporting) that are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not embed third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or data brokers within Dyna Apples.
Because we do not collect personal information, California residents have no data to request, correct, or delete. We do not sell personal information. Contact [email protected] with any questions.
As no personal data is collected or processed by Dyna Apples itself, the GDPR's obligations regarding data subject rights, legal bases, and international transfers do not apply to the App's core functionality. Anonymous crash data processed by Apple/Google is governed by their respective GDPR compliance.
This Privacy Policy complies with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines, Apple's App Privacy requirements, and Apple's Standard EULA (apple.com/legal/…/minterms), and with Google Play's Developer Program Policies. We adhere to Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. We do not use IDFA or GAID for cross-app tracking without explicit user consent.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the 'Last Updated' date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
